What are VERNICE ingredients? While we usually do not recommend silicone for most leather, patent leather is an exception. Vernice is silicone based and provides protection, luster and lubrication that will help prevent scratches. This makes Vernice perfect for patent leather dancing shoes. ImportantAll our products have been subjected to
exhaustive testing. However, since every leather is unique, both in terms of the raw materials, products employed and tanning methods used in
its preparation, we recommend that a colour
resistance test be made on a less visible part of the article prior to the application of any leather care product.

For more tenacious scuff marks use, with caution, Nail polish remover or Acetone (found in hardware stores). Use a soft non abrasive cloth. Scrub gently enough not to scratch the patent surface but strong enough to remove the scuff marks.
